Jalapeño Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- • 1 rustic ciabatta or sourdough loaf, halved
- • 100g Jalapeño and Garlic Compound Butter
- • Pinch of sea salt
- • Optional: finely chopped parsley
- • Optional: fresh jalapeño slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise, and lay flat on a baking tray.
- Generously spread the Jalapeño and Garlic Compound Butter across both halves.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and parsley, if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Garnish with jalapeño slices and serve warm.
