Jalapeño Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • • 1 rustic ciabatta or sourdough loaf, halved
  • • 100g Jalapeño and Garlic Compound Butter
  • • Pinch of sea salt
  • • Optional: finely chopped parsley
  • • Optional: fresh jalapeño slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Slice the bread in half lengthwise, and lay flat on a baking tray.
  3. Generously spread the Jalapeño and Garlic Compound Butter across both halves.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and parsley, if using.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  6. Garnish with jalapeño slices and serve warm.
